Didn’t get the the Slow Drawing link?

The link is delivered in our Monday newsletter at 12 pm EST. We have found that sometimes these emails might get missed or accidentally put into the trash or spam folder before Wednesday. Please check there first. Please also add amy@mindfulartstudio.com to your contacts to ensure our emails are not getting lost.

If you’re still having trouble locating the Slow Drawing Workshop, you can access the link here.

Wondering if we accept PayPal?

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal through our store. We can process a payment via Paypal invoice, but there is a $5 service charge given the administrative time. If this is something you are interested in, please email us your email address connected to PayPal plus the class you would to purchase and we will send you a PayPal invoice and deliver the class once it’s paid.

Are you missing a class in your dashboard?

Of course, there can be a glitch, but the most common thing is you have so many awesome classes in there, and you didn’t see the new one the first time you scrolled through.

Having trouble with your coupon code?

Most often, this is because you are putting the coupon code the code in the Gift Card box instead of the Coupon Code box. There are screenshots on our Help page to show you. Be sure to click “Apply Coupon.”
